In the area of mechanical engineering technology, we work with qualified engineers for the development, construction and production of machines. As a specialised and highly experienced company in the area of innovative casting technology, we construct and manufacture casting parts in the area of mechanical engineering technology with maximum precision. We produce casting parts such as machine beds, stands, shut-off valves and eccentric wheels in spheroidal graphite, cast iron and cast steel for manufacturers of machines, pumps, fittings and plants.

Our range of services in the area of mechanical engineering technology

Our services in the area of mechanical engineering technology already begin with the construction of casting parts that we develop and design in close cooperation with our customers. Our individually manufactured products are mechanically processed and delivered with a primer-coating upon request. In addition to the appropriate production possibilities, we also have the necessary know-how available.

Eccentric wheel

Our casting part production is specialised in eccentric wheels for mechanical engineering technology. In the area of mechanical engineering technology the control disc attached to an axle can take over various functions from converting the rotary movement into a longitudinal movement through to force intensification (leverage). We produce eccentric wheels with maximum precision and use only high-quality, partially alloyed, materials.

Joint ball

We produce precise joint balls for different areas of application in the area of mechanical engineering technology. Joint balls as guides and connections parts are particularly important for all moveable elements in mechanical engineering technology. Individual products, irrespective of whether a rotating movement is desired in all directions, or whether the angle of movement is to be restricted, we produce everything according to very precise agreements with the customers.

Stands

Similarly, we also produce individual stands out of high-quality, partially alloyed materials for mechanical engineering technology. In doing so, we have the necessary technology and know-how to manufacture parts with a weight of approx. 10 kilograms as well as heavy casting parts weighing up to approx. 45 tons.

Machine bed

In mechanical engineering technology, the machine bed is predominantly produced for tool machines and there, it takes over the task of optimally guiding the tool slides. When it comes to manufacturing, we only use materials, which keep the vibrations during production to a minimum and have a high long-term thermal stability.
