Model construction
Our service profile in the model construction and form construction area covers individual production of new models in all wood and foam rubber categories and plastic categories according to DIN EN 12890 and application specific solutions. The proof of quality is done using a 3D scan measuring machine and measurement records.
Cast
At our locations in Silbitz, Košice, Torgelow and Zeitz we manufacture cast parts in a weight spectrum from 10 kilogrammes up to 100 tons. We can manufacture cast parts from cast steel and cast iron.
Steel cast
At its main site in Silbitz, the Silbitz Group manufactures cast steel parts weighing between 100 kilograms and 11 tons.
Iron cast
The Silbitz Group is able to produce cast iron and alloyed cast iron. The term "cast iron" refers to the original alloy of iron with a high proportion of at least 2% carbon and other alloy components, in particular silicon.
